Career Highlights: Seven-time All-MAC performer...Took home a gold medal in the 5000m (18:25.27) at the 2010 MAC Indoor Championships and then two more at the 2010 MAC Outdoor Championships in the 5000m (18:22.07) and the 10,000m (39:49.30)...Also won bronze in the 5000m (18:35.35) at the 2012 MAC Outdoor Championships...Fourth on the all-time indoor list in the 5000m with a time of 17:50.66, set at the Haverford Invitational on December 11, 2010...Ranks seventh in the indoor 3000m (10:48.90), outdoor 5000m (18:12.84), and 10,000m (37:18.45), and eighth in the outdoor 3000m (10:52.59).

High School: Two-sport athlete at North Hagerstown High School that competed in cross country and track and field...All-Monocacy Valley Athletic League (MVAL) Piedmont Conference First Team cross country selection as a senior...Second Team All-MVAL Antietam Conference in cross country as a sophomore...On the track, placed eighth in the 3200 as a senior at the 2A West Regional Championship with a personal best time of 12:32.66...Finished third in the 3200 and fourth in the 1600 at the 2009 Heurich Invitational...Invited to Washington County Public Schools' Celebration of Excellence for completing high school career with a GPA over 3.70.
