    Head Women's Soccer Coach
Chris Wilson is in his first season as the Blue Jays' head women's soccer coach in 2015.

Wilson was officially named the sixth head coach in program history on June 23, 2015, inheriting an Elizabethtown College team that has reached the postseason in each of the last three seasons, including an NCAA Division III Tournament appearance in 2013.

Though E-town is providing Wilson with his first collegiate head coaching opportunity, the Lancaster County native cut his teeth coaching at the youth, scholastic and collegiate levels.

Wilson spent the 2013 and 2014 seasons as a volunteer assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the men's team at NCAA Division III Penn State Harrisburg. Under the guidance of former Elizabethtown assistant coach Seamus Donnelly, Wilson identified prospective student-athletes and hosted campus visits. The Nittany Lions went 14-6-1 this past fall, reaching the Capital Athletic Conference Championship and ECAC South Region Final for the first time in team history. PSU Harrisburg also enjoyed an 11-win improvement from 2013 to 2014.

Since 2008, Wilson has been a member of the Hempfield High School boys' soccer coaching staff as an assistant. The Black Knights won close to 100 games during that time frame, with a PIAA-AAA state championship and Lancaster-Lebanon League Championship in 2010, a District 3-AAA runner-up finish in 2011 and a district title in 2012.

Wilson also brings many years of youth development and coaching with him. He's mentored multiple elite teams with Landisville-based Pennsylvania Classics, a United States Soccer Development Academy member, since 2010. Wilson has been the staff head coach of the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association (EPYSA) Olympic Development Program (ODP) dating back to 2008. From 2001-10, Wilson was the boys' director and staff coach with the Hempfield Soccer Club and Penn Legacy.

Wilson received his bachelor of science in sports management and wellness and fitness from California University of Pennsylvania in 2014. He went on to earn a master of science, exercise science & health promotions in performance enhancement & injury prevention from CalU in 2015.

Outside of coaching, Wilson has worked for the past five years as the personal training director and master trainer at Universal Athletic Club in Lancaster.
